Today I read this article on msnbc on Web 3.0 applications – again. Wikipedia has the following article on Web 3.0. Google counts about 2.000.000 articles on Web 2.0 and about 10% of this on Web 3.0. But even better, back in early 2006, this blog entry gives allraeady a detailed analysis on google page counts on all Web X.0 variants.

Interesstingly the article also quotes Oren Etzioni as “hoping to make the ‘dumb’ computer far more user-friendly” in the context of Web 3.0 apps. Learning to “understand” the information on the Web, that’s what it is all about.
